Merengue Bakery and Café was started by three men with completely different backgrounds, but who had a common goal. They wanted to create a new restaurant concept that would capture the attention of not only the Latin culture, but also all those who’d never experienced Cuban cuisine before. By combining their shared experiences, they were able to create an amazing team that covered all aspects of running a successful bakery and cafe. In doing so, they developed a fresh, new concept in hopes of growing and spreading their foods to all corners of the world.
