Merengue Bakery and Café offers a wide array of catering and party platter packages. Using any of our café menu items, baked goods, cakes and desserts, we are able to offer complete catering packages to out clients at an affordable rate. Nothing gets a party going better than one of our platters of potato balls or Taste of Cuba platter! Whether you choose one of our premade platters or desire a custom solution to your catering needs, we can meet your needs! We can cater all size events, and in special cases, we can staff the event as well.

While we operate as a retail bakery and café, we also offer our wholesale services for all of our baked goods and menu items. Our client list includes a number of restaurants, markets, and other retail bakeries! We’ve been able to tailor custom solutions for many of our clients and in doing so created a profitable relationship for both parties. Whether it be our potato balls or breads, we’ve been working with a number of clients to try and share our food with everyone!
